AMB Athletics – Draw Specialist | Peighton Stone

Peighton Stone is a draw specialist with AMB Athletics, working within the program to develop athletes at one of the most critical positions on the field. Originally from Gaithersburg, Maryland, Peighton built her foundation through a competitive lacrosse background before playing Division I at Elon University and continuing her career at Towson University. Her experience allows her to connect with athletes and focus on the details that impact possession, timing, and control at the draw.

Within the AMB Athletics training model, Peighton works with committed athletes who are serious about getting to the next level. Training is primarily virtual, emphasizing consistency, independence, and mastering fundamentals through detailed reps, film review, and situational work. Athletes learn how to train effectively on their own while still receiving high-level coaching, with sessions that can be done at home, on the field, or with live reps when available. In addition to her coaching, Peighton brings a background in nutrition and dietetics as well as academic tutoring, supporting well-rounded athlete development both on and off the field.
