AMB Athletics – Draw Specialist | Peighton Stone

Peighton Stone is a draw specialist with AMB Athletics, working within the program to develop athletes at one of the most critical positions on the field. Originally from Glenwood, Maryland, and former Glenelg Lacrosse and Basketball High School State Champ. Peighton built her foundation through a competitive sports background before playing Division I Lacrosse at Elon University and continuing her career at Towson University. Her experience allows her to connect with athletes and focus on the details that impact possession, timing, and control at the draw.

Within the AMB Athletics training model, Peighton works with committed athletes who are serious about getting to the next level. Training is primarily virtual, emphasizing consistency, independence, and mastering fundamentals through detailed reps, film review, and situational work. Athletes learn how to train effectively on their own while still receiving high-level coaching, with sessions that can be done at home, on the field, or with live reps when available. In addition to her coaching, Peighton brings a background in athlete development through her company SOULSTONE LIFESTYLE, where she offers Performance Nutrition as a registered dietitian and tutoring/mentorship for youth and high school athletes by college athletes. She is always supporting well-rounded athlete development both on and off the field.
